i need some snacks/ foods that i can eat that are not gassy , bloat and will keep you full for like 3 hours or more.
this is for my longer exams so like english literature that is 2 hrs 15min that is in the morning

I was about to say porridge too. Whatever you decide on, make sure you've tried it before exam day so that what you eat isn't anything new. You don't want to be caught out with unexpected digestion problems so have some trial runs of what you'll eat, how much and at the same time of day as you would on exam day to make sure it works for you.

i eat lunch before important exams and have breakfast for lunch instead, if that makes sense.
