    Hi,

I have a summative public essay due in 2 weeks and have no clue as to how I should structure the 2500 word essay. Public Law seems to be my weakest module although it is a module that is quite significant in the course. The question is:

“Ever since the case of Thoburn the concept of ‘constitutional statutes’ has steadily gained ground within UK public law. Arguably, the most recent case of Miller would not have been decided in the way it was without recognising that the European Communities Act 1972 is a constitutional statute”

Critically discuss the statement by reference to case law, statutory provisions and relevant secondary materials.

    1. How would I go about structuring it? I have in mind the history of constitutional statutes as one of the introducing paragraphs.

    2. What are the important points that I must make just in case I have missed them out in my plan.

    Thanks Guys
