I've always had issues with confidence and my mood tending to overthink everything and getting very low if I don't keep busy or have anything planned to look forward to or work towards to put it into perspective I've been really good this year so far always been very busy but last week I had a whole bunch of uni deadlines and a 12 hour shift at work yesterday followed by a night in with my friends but today (well yesterday) I woke up feeling especially down and I've not even had the energy to get out of bed more than once. I get frustrated at myself and spent the majority of the day napping or scrolling through Instagram getting increasingly jealous over everyone else's lives even though everyone has their own issues. I'm scared this is going to stick longer as I don't have much else to do what I really need is for someone to come along and give me a kick up the butt but I don't have anyone does anybody have any tips or ideas about things to try to get my mind off things?
