    I’m 13 and can run 1k in 6 minuets, is that bad?

    That’s still 10kph I think looking online that an 18yo should be able to run at 14kph so your not far off. It also says you could complete a marathon in 4h13m so compare yourself to others

    I think you should try running shorter distances as a start.
    Run 500m competitive (I mean measuring time) and 1.5KM without measuring, just trying to finish the distance.

    I was a semi-professional athlete in highschool running long distances.

    Thank you for the help. I am a semi professional Junior speed skater, so I just picked up running
