You should choose books matched to your examiner and specification.
This is especially important if you study independently.
At the moment there are more than 10 old, new and international maths A level specifications available and each has their own recommended text books.

If you already have books matched to the examiner and are a capable student that wants something else that may approach the topics with more depth or proof of concepts then the books from Bostock and Chandler are always popular.
