Any advice/motivation tips on how to start revising when you're depressed? watch

    • Thread Starter

okay so long story short i've been staying at home in bed doing nothing but watching youtube all night and then sleeping all day for the past week and before that i didn't really pay attention in school and i'm just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to start revising when you have depression and just genuinely cannot be bothered. i'm also (rightfully) worried about exams approaching due to my lack of effort, however do you think its possible for me to catch up within the month? (first exam is in early may) and maybe get a grade 4 in maths when you haven't had a proper teacher in years?😨(i'm currently ungradeable LOL)

I'd start watching revision videos on YouTube to start.

When I'm in a rut with it, I do this.
