Personally I don't understand the personal appeal of Corbyn. I've never found his personality to be all that likeable.

Theresa May may be trying her best but it's not good enough. She's really proven herself to be a competent minister (whether you agree with her policies is a different issue) but a dreadful leader. Though really the blame has to fall on the people who let themselves get so carried away by her popularity in opinion polls that they chose to run their entire campaign around her and her personality, only to discover she doesn't really have a personality.
I think with Corbyn it's the fact that he seems like a normal person who understands and relates to normal people. Rather than being robotic like May or a PR filter trying to charm you like Blair or Cameron.

A lot of people watched him on things like the One Show and genuinely saw a guy who looked at ease with himself.

I also think he's benefiting from being seen as the underdog, especially with regards to the abuse he gets from the press.

    Looks or personality?

    Both kinda look weird.

May I suspect is a perfectly nice, albeit dreadfully boring ‘normal’ person.

Corbyn is More complex. I actually find him extremely condescending. I suspect if you put aside politics he’s a very likeable person. But when you go onto politics he’s a fanatical, highly intolerant bore.

Recently we've seen a smear campaign on Corbyn from all the right wing papers, do you agree with the notion that he is creepy and what makes him creepy?

Furthermore, what do you think of Theresa May? Pitiful or Loathsome?

I am a labour supporter but my old sociology teacher told me about how he gave her a 'cheeky little pinch on the bottom' which I thought was just weird and perhaps even harassment but she expressed like for it.
Comrad Corbyn is a nutter. He has absolutely no idea about finance, and if attempted to give everyone what he has promised, the economy would collapse in months. We moved on from socialism many years ago, because even those with single figure IQ's realised it couldn't work.

TM is like everyone's aunt, but is spineless. What we need is a proper right wing government, a government who has the determination to stop immigration, a government with the sense to reduce our population, and a government who won't allow the underclass to continue scrounging off of the tax payer.

Old Jezbollah Corbyn has always been a scruff

Teresa May equally isn't particularly charismatic.

But what matters is what sits behind the face. You don't (shouldn't) vote on how someone looks. You should vote on what the person represents, what they truly believe in, what they have demonstrated in the past.

Old Comrade Corbyn has a reprehensible history.

He's nothing but a Marxist/Communist activist who is prepared to say and do anything in order to get votes.

He doesn't imo care a jot about Britain.

He hates the EU and has opposed it for years and years

He would usher in a Communist system here and abolish our freedom and democracy

He clearly supported the IRA in the 70s/80s whilst British soldiers, our boys, were being shot and killed. The history is all there to be studied.

He calls Hamas and Hezbollah "friends"

He uses any and every national event to try and score political points, which is all he really cares about.

He jumped on the Grenfell tragedy

He tried to use a Telford primary school to score political points about Conservatives cutting funding, only to have the school master put him straight and tell him that actually the Tories increased their funding.

He appoints convicted election frausters to office

Gave a plum office job to his son

Duped the young electorate on student fees and debts and essentially made them look complete muppets for which many are now rightly very angry and distrustful.

Said he would support Trident to one set of people and then allegedly told someone else he would abolish it as soon as he could.

Sacked 3 MPs in June for defying the whip and supporting staying in Single Market, and then later decided he wants to stay in a Customs Union.

Has failed repeatedly to deal with rife anti-Semitism in the Labour Party

and who uses his merry band of Momentum militant thugs to enforce his dictatorial wishes. A group who spit at opposition MPs, damage their property, threaten opposition MPs and their families, throw bricks through windows and so on.

Really who cares what this duplicitous cad looks like?

His past history is right there for all to see except those who purposefully shield their eyes and ears and won't accept the truth.

This article says it all really:

"I am ashamed of what the Labour party has become under Marxist Jeremy Corbyn"

"What possessed it to elect a leader in the Marxist Jeremy Corbyn, who condones Venezuela’s devastating socialism, consorts with terrorists, would consign our nuclear deterrent to the dustbin called Sellafield, leave our military impotent and fracture the democratic Western alliance?"

Ah, I see the Tories policy of paying people to post nice things about them online has already started!

I personally don't think a right wing government is the answer, ideally a centralist party would satisfy both sides except the far right or far left. Your aspirations are as difficult to achieve as successful socialism. Is it not demeaning to call those who genuinely cannot work the 'underclass'?

I really like Theresa May compared to Corbyn.

I find him a nice guy but Socialism is just an awful concept. I am just immune to his BS. My brothers lap it up and think he is amazing but I just dont get it.

May seems nice to me but has a group of backstabbers surrounding her more interested in being PM than trying sensible Conservitism. I think I relate to her as I am a shy person and I can see that in her as well.

Why is it an awful concept? Explain what policies exactly that Corbyn proposes resemble anything that is in any meaningful Socialist?

I don't like Corbyn and I think the vast majority of his support is based on nothing but aesthetics. He is an old, boring, uninspiring fool who represents exactly what was rubbish about old school 'Socialist' stereotypes.
