Ok I am very very very stressed at the moment. I have recently confirmed my offer from NTU, and I got my email with my NTU ID which meant that I could start booking accommodation...but there is no way for me to set up a password??
I signed in with my ID, I clicked on ‘get it reset password’, it took me to a password manager page that asked me to enter a password? A password that I haven’t set up yet? (Also whenever I enter anything into that box it says it’s incorrect, which is understandable because I haven’t been given any chance to set up a password yet!!)
I really want to book some kind of decent accommodation, as I have already started really late anyway so my options are limited. Please can someone help me
