Would Chemistry,Biology and Geography be good alevels and would they open a variety of career paths?

I mostly get A’s and B’s in these 3 subjects, however there’s many people saying that the sciences especially chemistry is really really difficult at A Level what should I do??

Chemistry is very difficult, the step up from gcses to a levels is a huge thing to handle. Chemistry can be done well if you put in the work, and I mean you have to really put in the work. If Maths is not your strong suit then do not take Chemistry because physical and inorganic chemistry feature maths heavily.

Biology has a lot of content to remember, you have to start making notes from your very first lesson. Same for Chemistry.

Chemistry and Biology are not hard to wrap your head around but they require so much extra work and reading. You have to be really committed if you want high grades. Once again if maths is not your strong suit you will struggle with Chemistry but you can work really hard on it and improve if you're serious about it.

Chemistry definitely opens a lot of career paths (e.g. medicine). I think it would be wise to have an idea of what area you'd like to specialise in (sciences, arts, english, languages etc) and then choose your subjects based on that.

    Good Luck!
