want to lose weight, but i love food? watch

    Start eating a few fruits everyday, drink juice which counts as one of your five a day (have it with every meal, so it’ll be around 4/5 a day), and even if you’re hungry for some snacks, don’t eat something! And also work out

    Switch to a diet mainly composed of fruit and veg. They're so low in calories it'd be difficult to gain weight if you maintained your current portion sizes with them (infact you'd lose weight). Find sustainable, healthier meals you can maintain long term, so eat what you enjoy.

    i feel u mate the thing that worked for me is fasting it made me stop eating a lot and control myself but if u do fast eat a lot of protein based food or u will lose muscle not fat and drink water
