I’m not sure if I’m coming across as thick when I say this, but a GP is surely based around biology like medication, care giving etc. So because of this I’ve chosen Biology, Psychology and maybe RS. But do you have to study medicine first at uni then specialise in being a GP. But I can’t do chemistry a level as I don’t want to do it because I will fail.

To become a GP you first have to get into university and study medicine.
While it isn't impossible to study medicine without A level chemistry it is very difficult to find somewhere that accepts candidates without it. You will struggle to find anywhere with only one science A level.

A GP is a physician. To become a physician you need to study an MBChB/MBBS degree so yes you need chemistry. I've never not seen a medical school that doesn't want chemistry. Pick A-Level Chemistry, Biology and any other subject you can get an A* in

yeah you do basically. the route to become a gp is that you first do a 5 or 6 year med course. this almost always requires chem and sometimes bio or some other science.
i think only 2 unis in the whole of the uk do without but not really sure X
