    Hey everyone,

    Just a quick question for the gym experts out there to check my routine.

    Do you think my routine of:
    Monday- N/A
    Tuesday- Chest and shoulders (abs)
    Wednesday- Legs
    Thursday- Arms
    Friday- Circuit training (abs)
    Saturday- Back
    Sunday- Arms (abs)
    Is good enough? I do 4 exercises 10-20 reps, for each limb every day as well as 4 exercises on top when abs is in. If not, please could you recommend me a new schedule.

    I heard training abs 3-4 a week is good for your abs so that’s why it is in there a lot

    I wouldn't have days where I'd do just arms.

    Try and split it into:

    - Back and Biceps
    - Chest and Triceps
    - Legs and Shoulders

    Then how many exercises do I do for each limb (I do 4) and is doing abs 3 times a week mixed with other exercises good enough?

    Hi, I don't think it's neccesary to be training abs that much, 1-3 times a week is good. Also engage your core when lifting weights to help with the ab section

    Ok should I will train them 2 times a week on top of my current work out.
