C1 and C2 are the first year pure papers. Then you can do the first half of M1 and S1.

C1 and C2 is a pretty good match for the pure maths content, though some key topics are missing (e.g. Vectors and proof). The international A level C12 papers could be a good resource as they mix C1 and C2 topics on the same paper, just like the pure maths paper in the new AS.
It varies by examiner but for EDEXCEL, the applications topics have come from S1, S2, M1 and M2 so unless you are very good at picking out relevant questions it will be hard to make use of them. Examiners including EDEXCEL are producing practice papers that I'm sure your teacher will provide to you at an appropriate time.
