    Hey there,

Lately my mother has had to send proof of marital status as it seems that we need to send some evidence even though we have in the past? Right now SFE are saying that they have overpaid me and won't be paying my next instalment which is fine as my mother has sent the necessary evidence back. But I'm just a bit worried and wondering how long the process could take?

Sorry to bother you all but I am just a bit flustered, that is all.

    Hi Henzz2,

At the moment proof of marital status evidence is taking 5 working days to process, we advise that you keep checking your online account as soon as this has been processed an update will show on there.

    Thanks

    Catherine
