What source can in this context give the most scientific answer to the question "what rules applies for a full-time construction worker to be dismissed"? How do you come to your conclusion? Motivate your conclusions with support in the source-critical criteria!

Option 1: Employment Protection Act (LAS)
    Option 2: A textbook.
Option 3. A blog about labor market rights.
Option 4: Building's website on what applies to layoffs.

Please explain in a list from most to least scientific answer for the sources and why! Thanks.

    1,2,4,3 imo.

With 2,4, and 3 then there are variables and weaknesses as to qualiity and relevance. You need to think what those are. Think about who writes them and why they may or may not be reliable or relevant.

It would seem there isnt a perfect order, but they do want you to explain what the pitfalls of each will be. i.e source analysis.
