I currently work for a small car dealership which is next door to an empty shop unit, or was until very recently when they expanded into this unit so that they could have more cars on display.
I was genuinely disappointed that they didn't take the opportunity to use this space to provide a subsidised waited on restaurant.
This would have made working for the company 10 times more awesome to work for.
Would I have a case to sue here for say human rights infringement for example or if not, what else for not providing such a necessity?
