What is the name of the LLB module that covers laws regarding banks? Which courses have it?
I have offers from Birkbeck Uni of London, Warwick, York, Liverpool and Cardiff
That's quite a vague question, because it's not a widely-recognised, distinct area of law. Unless a university offers a specific option in "Banking Law", then you will find it spread across various courses. If you're thinking about things like fiduciary duties and so on, you'll come across those in trusts, but equally subjects such as commercial law, business law, company law and chancery law will also deal with topics relevant to banking.
