Do you agree with this scenario?

    Scenario:

Death penalty should be brought back for murderers.

(I will be involved in the debate and most of your answers will go towards my research on examining ethical issues)

The death penalty should return in cases whereby there is no doubt about the actions and status of an individual who has committed repeated serious crime such as mass murder or large scale sex abuse. Such cases currently warrant several life imprisonment sentences. Reason behind my judgment for this is cost to taxpayer providing prison for them to live with for potentially 60+ years and repeat offending has highlighted a failure to change or understand.
