Well then you’d be acting just as much with your gut as they would have been!
Being accused of murder is a serious topic, and a practice is a serious business, it's only natural to protect yourself regardless of the situation with your patient. Him posting that review is the one acting impulsively, not the GP.

it’s also the GP acting impulsively. They’d have to give him a chance and also speak to him and try to understand not ‘okay you wrote this we don’t care that you are so upset that you’re acting out. Get off our patient list’ which then makes the patient much more upset which totally just shits on the duty of care they’re supposed to have towards their patients. Also an entire GP practice vs one upset grieving patient... come on.

First rule of Google reviews: ALWAYS post anonymously using a spam email. Even if you want to rant about something specific, their screenshots will mean nothing if your name isn't on it.

Anyway for now I would say they're probably just removing you from the GP surgery. Probably discussing whether they should/can remove your family from the surgery too but that's probably it. Just make sure you call the main reception and get your NHS number so you can register elsewhere.
