It depends on how much work experience you have, but usually a side of A4 is best, no more than 2 sides. If it is too long, employers might not want to finish it all and it is usually a sign that you haven't condensed all of your key skills well.

1 to 2 sides of A4. Any shorter suggests you don't have anything useful to talk about, any longer suggests you don't know where to draw the line.

Alongside that, good grammar and spelling is a must. As well as length, focus on not saying things like "how best should my CV be"

2 sides unless you're lacking any real experience then you're probably better off with 1.

Your CV should be a maximum of 2 pages long and if you have work history, try and keep it short and relevant to the job specification and criteria.

It is better to ask "what to put on a CV" instead of "how long it should be". Include relevant and concise information about yourself:
    - your identification information
    - a CV objective
    - work experience (jobs and internships)
    - the education section. Include your honors, projects, and publications if applicable.
    - the skills section
    - hobbies and interests if they have a connection to the job
    - volunteer experience
