If he makes you feel uncomfortable/sexualised then u should report him, but if he is just friendly then i dont think you need to. Is it only you he is that friendly with?

Don't create drama if you don't feel that anything's wrong. It sounds like he is just being friendly. Is the other student jealous of the feedback you're receiving?

Unless YOU feel he is crossing your boundaries and has not made any advances other than being friendly, ignore it. Your friend is reading too much into it.

This is pretty subjective. It’s all down to whether you feel he is being too close with you. If so, then definitely go down the reporting route, maybe get another person you trust to help you through the process. I don’t know your friend and just being devils advocate, but maybe jealous of the positive feedback you get?
