There's no doubt that, with some exceptions, most of us could make some level of change to improve our diets. Whether that's eating more healthily, changing the amount of calories we eat, or even cutting something out entirely, there are plenty of potential improvements.

But what could you do to improve your diet? And do you have any plans to do so?

Swap snacks (junk food) with fruit. I'm gradually doing so.

step 1 get a bigger fridge
soo hard to gain weight when you have a small tiny fridge to share between 6 people
step 2 eat more calories than currently- kind of prevented by step 1
going for more low gi foods as I have reactive hypoglycemia aka low blood sugar after eating a meal
    step 3 lift heavy
    step 4 sleep
    rinse and repeat

Save myself some money and stop buying pre-packed sandwiches and microwave meals. Could also be more consistent with my fruits and veggies, some days I eat 10 portions and others maybe 1-2.
