I just checked my word count on my resource sheet and its over 200, I'm sure there's a problem with this but I handed it into my teacher and she said it was perfect. Could I possibly receive no marks for submitting a resource sheet that goes over the word limit or will it be fine? Also, does the 2 references I have count in the word count or is it 200 words plus 2 references?

I think it's 200 words in total. It also depends on how much over 200 you are. If its like 10 words or something you will probably be fine but if its over 100 then you might need to redo it. Remember it only needs to be notes as well. If you've got too much stuff you might struggle to write it in an hour.

the references count towards youre word count, i also ended up with over 200 words, i just told my teacher that i had my url for one of my refences wrong so i had to go and refind the url and re print it, so as i did i just got my word count down. i dont know if youd lose all marks for the assignment, ask your teacher maybe? its not a risk worth taking though if you dont know. you could maybe ask to redo the whole thing with a new resource sheet?
