Realistically speaking, your GCSEs aren't going to matter too much. Providing they're roughly related to give you a bit of foundation knowledge you'll be fine. I'd recommend looking at university degrees (if that's the route you want to go) in Aeronautical Engineering and see what they require, then work backwards. See what A levels you need for your degree then see what GCSEs you need for those A Levels. Odds are though it'll be generic requirements like 5 A* to C or whatever the modern equivalent is.
