lol, there is a easier way to get to campus which avoids cardiac hill.

if you go up the road thats called cobble lane or road or something cobble like (it's near moberly house) and then when you get to the top of the road there is a path way to the right which takes you across past cardiac

Cardiac is steep, but just think of what repeated use will do for your muscles. If you venture up past Nash and then go through the medical centre or past Reed hall, it avoids the steep climb past Mardon and makes it more of a long easy climb. Just think of it as a free and regular workout.

And no matter how late you are, don't try and run it. It hurts.

I did think of the exercise, but then I also thought of what cavey mentioned...trying to run up those hills...but now I know I just wont try!!
