Gcse pe is 60% theory and 40% practical if you are good at sports such and can apply skills you will be fine in the theory part. I don’t participate in sports outside school and pretty much get full marks in the practical. However the theory is very content based it’s very similar to biology and it’s complicated if you don’t enjoy biology and science you will not like the theory part
