Hi, I submitted my portfolio to Leeds last night and it was rejected less than 24 hours later. I was instructed to reply to an email with a PDF and my full name and UCAS ID. I only replied with the PDF (which had my full name on it) but not my UCAS ID as this never occurred to me (I have a unique name).
I was only just made aware of a silly UCAS rule about them not including your name on applications that universities view.
There are no details on UCAS whatsoever about why my application was turned down, and I've had no email from Leeds. The portfolio deadline is the 28th Feb.
I thought it could've been turned down for one of the 3 reasons:
1. They had no issue connecting my portfolio to my UCAS account and just happened to have the time to read and reject it less than 24 hours after submission.
2. Because I didn't mention my UCAS ID when I submitted my portfolio, they assumed that my UCAS application had no portfolio linked with it and rejected the offer a few hours before the deadline closed. (rejected 27th, deadline 28th)
3. They rejected it as my UCAS application has predicted grades of ABB but the course is AAA. This confuses me though as why would they go through my application and PS, then ask me for a portfolio? Surely if I didn't have the grades I would be turned away before being asked to submit a portfolio.
Any help is really appreciated.

I would call them up and explain the situation to a human, and find out directly from them.
