    I don't ever remember having 2 testicles.. I don't have a left testicle right now and I don't remember having one, but my mum says I use to have huge balls when I was younger (embarrassing parents) so I guess I did have 2..

    Nobody in my family knows as far as I'm aware. It's been a few years since I noticed and I've had no problems, but I'm too embarrassed to get it 'checked out' and would happily just leave it as it seems to be fine.

    What should I do?

    If you definitely had two, you obviously didn't just lose it, so it maybe ascended into your body. This is really something you need to have check out by a doctor because it can cause issues down the line, and if it is ascended it could be more susceptible to injury as well. It might be a bit embarassing, but they've seen it all before and will many times after you. Unless you're the first person there there in the morning, you're unlikely to even have the first testicle-related issue they've seen that day
