Hello I'm just tagging in Apprenticeships Advice, Apprentice extra, West Kent and Ashford College, and IBMApprentices as they should be able to help with this

An apprenticeship is basically the chance to learn and earn - gaining a recognised qualification or training alongside paid employment. Degree apprenticeships work the same way, with some study in a university or college alongside working for your employer. At the end of it you will gain a qualification that is the equivalent to a undergraduate degree programme.

A degree apprenticeship is very similar to a regular apprenticeship. The only difference is that you will also study and attend university as well as managing your full-time role. The course is usually 4 years because you study part time, earning 90 credits/year. At IBM we offer a Chartered Business Management degree and a Digital & Technology Solutions degree
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
