I'm 17. I worked in a call centre for two months and i started with this girl i like. We practically sat opposite each other and we'd talk to eachother during work. I'd catch her looking at me and starting convos etc.

About 3 weeks ago i got sacked from the call centre for call avoidance (my own fault i guess) and i wish i was still there working with her even thougg i hated the work.

I miss her. Last Friday i decided to go on a long walk (to help my depression) and she was standing outside a shop (probably waiting on her mum) and i passed and she seen me, stopped me and starting talking about how i got sacked, if i've found work and that she was glad to see me etc..i actually felt good inside as someone actually wanted to talk to me and idk if shes just being friendly or whatever.

I seen her insta story she uploaded saying 'it's been a long three weeks ', with an emoji kissing hearts out? and i got sacked 3 weeks ago..what could it possibly mean?

Im prob overreacting..i guess i'll never see her again now..

As long as you approach the situation with a healthy skepticism that she was
    1) just being friendly
    2) You were in a bad place and probably just saw her as someone to solve your current sitaution

    You can initiate conversation

If you have her on instagram, message her, ask her for a coffee or something, say you want to catch up/ job hunting tips
