When I was doing my first degree I made some decent on-the-side money doing website review and testing for UserWebTesting.

Quite satisfying too when I clicked onto a California government site a few months after the testing and found that they took on board all the advice you gave. It's like seeing a little tech baby grow up :smile:

Yes. An excellent example of what to avoid as a student.


If you want to make stock investments, you should always limit yourself to 20% of your personal capital (which as a student is usually very very little indeed, and the trade fees on each transaction are more than the expected returns).
