Hello, I am in search of a high quality Bluetooth speaker without the high price tag. Trying to stay away from Bose, beats by dre, and Sony for this reason. Looking for something similar to iPop which with high cost performance.

Different people have different definitions of "high price tags, can you give us a ballpark figure?

We'd need some sort of price range you're looking at.

JBL speakers aren't bad at all, I'd take a look at those.

JVC speakers are good. I got mine from PC world, for £20.00, its still going for 4 years now.

Alongside this, Betron speakers are also good. (Got mine for free). But thats also still going, for 2 years though the battery life on there is not good but I guess its because of constant usage.

    All the best!

Bose SoundLink Revolve (£169.99 at Amazon)
it sounds excellent for its compact size. Battery life is good at 12 hours, there's a threaded tripod mount on the bottom of the speaker and an integrated microphone for speakerphone calls.

I absolutely LOVE the Bose Soundlink Mini 2.

Not usually a massive fan of Bose products but that speaker is incredible. The battery lasts ages, syncs really well and the sound is unbelievable (really decent bass).
