this should be a fun one for you all...when my girlfriend and I had sex for the first time I could last so long before finishing up...even for a few months after that I was still hitting 40 minutes easy (she enjoyed the length of time and was having multiple orgasms) but now I'm struggling to even make it past 10 minutes...nothing has changed between us and if anything I'd say our relationship is in a much better place I just can't think of why I'm struggling...any advice or tips (pardon the pun) would be appreciated 😂

If she's your first partner, I'd expect it took a time for you to come quickly via intercourse - the sensations are very different to solo masturbation. Now you're used to it, it happens quicker.

The basic technique is to be aware of the signs that you're getting close to coming and, if you don't want to do so just yet, reduce the stimulation via changing something - speed, depth, position, etc etc.

Ten minutes is longer than average, and if you can manage that, you can go for longer once you've worked out how to delay your ejaculation.

(It's great that she enjoyed the extended times but there are also plenty of women who would be thinking 'Why hasn't he come yet? I wish he'd hurry up' long before forty minutes...)
