Ok, my sister and I are very competitive towards one another. I am 17 and she is 20. I completed my GCSES 2 years ago and got: 2 As, 4Bs and 3Cs and then got a B in spanish which I did after school for a year. My sister got 3As, 2Bs and 4Cs

Her argument is that as she got more As than I did that means she done better, whereas my argument is that my average grade is better plus I did 10 and she did 9.

Who do you think did better?

i think you should cut the sh*t and try focusing on yourself and making sure that you achieve the best results that YOU can, the only person you are going to compete with is yourself as the only person you are going to disappoint is yourself, no one else. So, you do what you can and try not to let these other distractions get in your way to success.
    You did better tho.

I don't want to be rude but- why is this an issue?
You have both done well, and just because one has done better than the other at GCSE has almost no correlation to who is actually better, especially when your GCSE results are rather similar.
