    I often get periods were I am very worried about almost everything. I am in Year 11 and have exams coming. I know I should revise, but I can't. It just makes me think about all the things I am worried about more and more. I messed up during a mock exam as I couldn't concentrate and just felt like crying. I would rather not try and know I will fair than to try at all which I know is bad but in this mood, I can't change it.

    If you don’t try and just fail you’re just going to regret it later on and it’ll bother you more. You should talk to someone about it and just do what you can, you make the decisions so it’s all up to you
