Me and my partner are both eligible for the full maintenance loan (and a £2000 scholarship for rent from the uni), and we're going to be renting privately.
Even if not working, we can comfortably afford a one-bed flat paid on a monthly basis due to sharing a room etc.
My question is, I'm worried about student finance dates not being paid in time for monthly rents.
We will also be working part-time so will have a little saved up, but probably not enough to cover a whole month's rent.
Does anyone else have any info regarding this?

The dates are set by the uni and can't be changed unfortunately.
