I'm currently in my last year at college and I'm struggling so much to concentrate. I'm really worried I might fall behind and then be unable to go to university and I just feel so stressed out with the workload I have to do, I just find it IMPOSSIBLE to concentrate at the moment and its really worrying me. Anyone got any advice ?

My best advice is to stop bullying yourself and feeling guilty about it.

Honestly, like give yourself some time off if you can't concentrate. Have one more week or weekend where you will just do the bare minimum.

After that, knuckle down and start revising properly.

If you're struggling to concentrate, it's probably because your brain needs a break and you should allow it to have one.
