Saks in town, it's next to WH Smith and it's £23 for a cut, but they use scissors, have friendly stylists and are all round good.

I cut my own hair today with scissors and everything, and have done a far better job of it than the £12.50-charging woman back home. It's hard to tell if the back's perfect but I'm quite proud of my efforts!

mmmmm, this thread was useless... when you mention what is good can you give the directions from lets say market square and how much it costs for just a scissor cut.

I was in 'The Bronx' the other day and they did quite a good job (but I did just have a grade-5-all-over-man-cut lol), it's quite cheap for students (I think 7.50) and is near Waterstones
