    Hmm honestly I’m not too sure how you can fix this. Try to talk even more to people, practice makes perfect (not sure if it will in this case but it’s worth a try)

    Yeah I hope so , but not many oppurtunities to talk to more people. My friends rarely go out these days (I dont want to go out to London alone to talk to people ), so there aren't many outings. So I am stuck with talking to school people, or cashier at the supermarket

    Thanks for all the help everyone, I have come to 2 conclusions:

    1.) I am probably irrational about the extent of me being socially awkward.
    2,) I just need to put more effort
