Define what you mean by fast?
Bulking would mean increasing your calories so you're in a surplus, and a high protein diet (I'd recommend the app called MyFitnessPal to track your calories).
Work out your recommended intake (MFP will do this for you if you put in your height, weight, age, activity level etc then eat (for example) 500cals in surplus of this daily to increase your mass). And of course incorporate hypertrophic weight training/lifting into your gym routine. (I could go into 'clean' bulking or dirty bulking but a little bit of Googling can help you with that )
