    A forum on TSR can't diagnose you. This sounds like an ongoing problem and you should see your GP - you don't have to have your parents there if you don't want to. They can diagnose you and offer help such as counselling.

    Telling friends or parents is generally a good thing to do though, even if you don't have an official diagnosis, just let them know that you're feeling down.
