Now I really want to go back in the UK and live to my aunt place who lives there. Here in Switzerland I started year 12 so people of around my age already did the exams. How can I enter sixth form ? Please help me (and sorry for my mistakes in english)

Do your parents and your Aunt agree to this?

You would join a sixth form simply by finding a school and applying according to the procedure on the website. If you had your results then you culd start researching now and then I think you would have to come to the UK now before they would consider your application.

People are getting offers now for start in September 2018.
The better your results are the more scope you would have to get into a better school. You may also need to satisft them of your English. You may also need to get some proof to show them how your Swiss qualifications compare.

You would then apply, get interviews and be offered a place or not. You may need to make several applications.

Does your Aunt live in London and if so, which part?
