Well it can provide a good balance of nutrients. that can have an effect on health and wellbeing. Just try and eat a balanced diet.

your bowel produces serotonin when it is irritated ,

I think someone living on fruit is happier than someone living on pot noodles

You also have gut instinct, a sixth sense, that gets suppressed by eating junk food.

All emotions originate from your bowel, so yes, definitely diet is key to emotion

100%!! I feel so happy, energetic and refreshed when I’m on a healthy diet if I’ve eaten processed or fatty foods I feel more tired, dirty and not a sore positive

    I'd say it does.

Although the first few minutes of eating KFC brings me joy, an hour or so later I feel groggy and down.

When I eat unhealthy foods like chocolate or just general stuff when I'm not hungry I feel rubbish after.

You'd think all that sugar would make you happy and 'up' but unfortunately it's not the case :console:

I have just realised your emotions ARE your stomach, like an almost 1:1 ratio.

LSD blocks all serotonin, 95% of serotonin comes from your stomach. LSD gives you intuition. there is some kind of connection here that should be trusted
