Does this sound like excuses about Skyping? watch

There is a guy I'm interested in but who lives a few hours away. We talk a lot on facebook and he suggested about a month ago talking on skype but I don't know if he still wants to.

The other day I asked him about skyping at some point and he was online but didn't read the message until about 6/7 hours later, then apologised but saying he couldn't have done that night as he had too much uni work.

He then said maybe tomorrow night.. I said I wasn't sure i'd be able to as I was meeting a friend. Anyway the said friend cancelled so I messaged him saying that I could do at about 8pm. He then replied an hour later saying "Damn! I just realised I have a presentation tomorrow. I'll let you know if I don't finish too late."

Anyway he never wrote anything back and then I said that maybe i'd have a bit of time the next afternoon, but then otherwise I was going on holiday so we could see a bit later on.

He couldn't, and hasn't mentioned it since.

Does it sound like maybe he wasn't very keen/was just making excuses? Thanks

It's ok if he doesn't I'm not forcing him, but the thing is it was him who suggested doing it in the first place, then him who said 'oh maybe I can tonight'..

let it go for now, and if he brings it up again later down the line, then cancel any plans you may have, and skype him straight away.
otherwise it'll never happen cause you'll both be busy all the time.
