How do I live down the fact I wet myself in front of my girlfriend?

You can't live that down, no chance. What you can do is take it on the chin and project that it doesn't bother you even if it does.

I popped my pants in front of my boyfriend twice. Once was on holiday and he stopped me getting pick pocketed on the way into the toilets which we had to but train tickets just to use. I own awkward toilet moments.
We're still together like 3 years later and all is good. Everybody has an awkward moment in their lives- s happens. Just try not to let it bother you. Accept that it happened and it was awkward and just pile it up with every other awkward thing from your life like picking your nose as a kid out calling your teacher mum or whatever.
There was some awkwardness after my moments and I just pushed through them cos it was just that- awkward, nothing more. Now that's passed we can even look back on it and have a joke about it. If you let it then it can turn into a big barrier, but if you accept it and get on with stuff there's really not much it can do.
