Am I eligible to apply for MSc in Biotechnology with an Honours Bachelor of Applied Technology(BAT)- Biotechnology degree and have a career(such as research or working in industry) in Biotechnology? Or should I go for Bachelor of Science(BSc) in Biotechnology to be able to go for MSc?
Also, with an undergraduate degree with either of one mention above, can I expect to receive a good salary enough to cover the tuition fees for MSc as an International Student?(Needs to pay the living cost, etc...)

Your bachelors sounds relevant but contact unis and ask. You won't be able to work more than 20h a week if you are an international student on a visa and probably shouldn't be working more than that or even that as an MSc student. When you graduate you will have to work your way up and your starting salary will depend on what you do and your experience.
