So, I'm up to the PJFT stage In my RAF process, would love a forearm tattoo, wanted it for a long time but have just put it off. What are the RAF views on a forearm tattoo? That being the whole forearm? (Up to the wrist, or cuff, mybe even before the cuff) would it be acceptable or? Cheers!

Preferably not visible when wearing uniform.

But that refers more to No.1 formal uniforms. You'll be asked to fill out a form detailing what tattoos you have and where.

So a forearm tattoo wouldn't be visible so it'd be alright? I already filled out that form a long time ago saying I have none, but now I'm up to pjft!

So what's the urgency? You're going to have this thing on your arm for the rest of your life, can't you just wait a couple of months?
