    Hi !
I would really like to know, as an EU student applying to study from September 2018 , I am resident in an EU country and have moved to the UK since summer 2017 ( i am working) . In the EU form there is a section about parents working outside the EEA. If they do , is there any chance I won't be able to get finance ? Thank you !

    Hi Caitlyn,

EU students can apply for a Tuition Fee Loan only.

To apply as a home student you would require to meet the five year residency requirement in the UK.

The reason we ask that question is that EU students who do not meet the five year residency requirement, may be still be entitled to home funding if they or their EU/EEA family member are working in the UK and will continue to work throughout their studies.

    Thanks Rona
