I am in love with this girl in my university and we've been talking to each other and she's single but I just want to take a step ahead and ask her out and then kiss her and have sex but I lack courage and confidence to do all this

Ask her out for coffee/drinks. If she says yes, don't automatically assume she will have sex with you on the first day. If you really loved her, which I doubt, you would be more concerned about getting to know her in a romantic sense, not just wanting to **** her

You're not in love with her, you're in lust with her. You can't be in love with someone if you're not even in a relationship with them. Just ask her on a date and take it from there. Don't be too forward, try not to make it obvious that you're only interested in sex, and don't react badly if she turns you down. Most importantly, realise that what you're feeling isn't love and don't try and tell her you're in love with her because you're not and it will most likely just freak her out.
