This is what I did; First I used momentum law,
2m(10)=2m(Va)+m(Vb)
20=2va+Vb

I dont know what to do next

Well whats the equation linking two object’s velocities and the coeff of restitution?

e=seperation speed/approach speed , I dont know who to link it with the other one though, as e is unknown, Will the final answer for velocity contain e in it?
